PAR Construction, Inc. was formed in 2011 by a team of builders who shared a common passion for high quality, safety, design, and efficiency.

PAR Construction Inc. is a California-based general contractor with experience delivering high-quality construction across both residential and multifamily markets. Our work includes custom and speculative single-family homes, as well as capital improvements and ongoing maintenance for multifamily properties of varying size and complexity.

In the residential sector, we specialize in custom homes, speculative builds, and design-build projects, working closely with owners, designers, and consultants to deliver projects that balance craftsmanship, constructability, and budget. Our experience ranges from ground-up construction to major renovations, with a disciplined and detail-oriented approach throughout.
Within the multifamily space, PAR Construction performs renovations, capital improvements, and maintenance on occupied and unoccupied buildings ranging from 5-unit apartment properties to 16-story high-rise structures. We understand the logistical, life-safety, and scheduling challenges involved and execute work with an emphasis on minimizing disruption while maintaining quality and compliance.
